  Companies: Primarily emerging growth companies however we will consider pre-revenue with provisions.

  Geography:  Southeast (although not exclusive)

  Industries: Healthcare, technology, consumer products, education and entertainment are our primary focus, but we consider
     opportunities on an individual basis.

  Stage:  Seed, First Round, Recapitalizations

   Typical Round:  $250,000-2,500,000

Key Factors: depth in all functional areas including general management, marketing, sales, product development, communications, and finance.  

  How We Work

  Pre Screening: 
    We review your company based upon our criteria – we only take on a company we strongly believe we can fund in a reasonable
    period of time. If we feel your company is too early for funding, we will offer suggestions and reconsider upon performance.

Presentations:
    Your presentation sets the stage for your company’s success and is a crucial step not only for funding, but also in building the
    foundation for future growth. Perception is a key factor and we help develop presentations with focus on each individual investor.

Due Diligence: 
    We develop a due diligence worksheet describing all the documentation necessary. This is a very important step which can often
    delay closing. We develop this based on your company’s stage and funding requirements.

Investment and Support:  Naturally funding is important, but we partner with our clients and help long after the check is
    deposited. We can help refine your business plan, recruit key management, make key contacts for strategic partnerships and
    introduce companies to sources of follow on financing.
